DG Service Company recently installed a ductless HVAC unit at Turk’s Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Mattapoisett, MA. Turk’s recently expanded, adding Big Turk’s Fish and Sake Bar onto the building that originally opened in 1989.
This extremely busy establishment produces an incredible amount of seafood dishes seven days a week. The air conditioning in one seating area could not compete with the amount of heat being generated or the large exhaust fan used in the kitchen – this area was always hotter than all the others. The installation of a ductless air conditioning unit now has the area as comfortable as the rest of the busy eatery.
